Lane Cake

Lane Cake, also known as a 'Prize Cake' or an 'Alabama Lane Cake' is a bourbon-laden baked cake traditional in the South. Lane cake is a traditional Southern holiday classic—white cake with exaggerated amounts of rich frosting made with pecans and fresh coconut, raisins and a hint of bourbon. This cake improves in flavor as it ages and mellows.

Available in layered round sizes of (6") and regular (9").

Each cake is securely packaged and shipped frozen to arrive fresh and intact and includes an instruction packet to maintain freshness after cutting.
