1) How long will the desserts stay fresh? Our desserts are baked fresh to order and we recommend eating upon arrival for optimal freshness. Because we do not use preservatives or additives, they have a shelf life of up to 7 days after you receive them if stored at room temperature. It's best to freeze the cookies if they will not be consumed within a week of receiving them.
2) Can I warm my dessert up? Absolutely! Wrap cookies in a napkin/paper towel and heat in the microwave for 10 seconds. Remove packaging prior to heating. Optional – cookies may also be heated up in a 350ºF oven for 1-2 minutes. Cakes - wrap in microwave safe napkin/paper towel and heat for 10-20 seconds.
3) How are cookies & cakes packaged? To ensure freshness and safety in transit, all cookies/bars are individually wrapped and heat sealed. All cakes are packaged securely in a box to prevent movement and breaking during transit. For pound cakes, it can be shipped sliced and individually wrapped upon request. Red Velvet cakes are shipped frozen to protect the integrity of the frosting and design.
4) How are desserts shipped? There is a minimum one-week (7 days) lead time to process orders. We ship via United States Postal Service via Priority Mail/Overnight to all 50 states in the US. We package with extra care in order for them to avoid breaking while in transit. We cannot be held responsible if a package is shipped out promptly but arrives late or is lost en route.

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for delayed or undelivered items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please make sure that you have provided the correct zip code, apartment #, street #, or type of street (Blvd., Rd., Ave., etc.) to avoid a surcharge. Be aware that although we provide a tracking number for your shipment, we instruct the shipping carrier that no signature is required. Otherwise, it could take the dessert beyond its shelf life to be delivered to the correct address. Carrier may leave dessert at the door if there is no one home. However carrier may choose, at its sole discretion, not to leave a package at the door if they feel it would be unsafe for any reason. Also, we cannot be responsible for undeliverable desserts or delays in the receipt of desserts due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control, including the absence of the gift recipient.

Yes - available for bulk orders and events ONLY! A delivery fee is applied (choose shipping option at checkout).
